consolidation means the price should go up but in reality its sitting on the bottom atm so lifting the price through consolidation means the price has a means of going lower.
i.e. 50:1 if price went up from where it is now .001 to .010 after consolidation then it has room to drop further down 0.005 or lower
if it stayed at 0.01 it is unlikely to drop further due to the floor influence.
