Andy. From my perspective I am looking for an ann that includes
1. revenue model and forcast numbers that explain how the revenue will work for MM
2. tenure of agreement between MM & HS
3. A % share of HS for MM would be beneficial
4. Demonstration of the HS biz model ie what will the actual revenue will be based on and who are the locked in and targeted online partners.

I know not all of this will come inthe first ann but expect it should form the baseline of the roadshow preso.

The key one for me to lock in MMZ as part of my on going portfolio (already free carried 60% of my holding) vs just taking a profit in the coming weeks is the legal connection between HS & MM.
As I said in point 3 it would be great if there was a % of HS held by MM as today its only really connected by directors and they can easily load the non public entity with the profits and sail away (see I have been reading both sides of the postings).
