substantial shareholder cashing in continues

Why is this shareholder continuing to sell.What does this shareholder know?
Uncertainty continues.
Will the share price fall down through the 81 cent low of yesterday,that is quite possible.
Looks as if an average price of around 80 cents was obtained by the substantial shareholder on this latest declaration today.
A large shareholder has to sell while there are buyers in volume, so even a short term jump in volume will assist a large seller in getting out,it will also be interesting to learn if the shares have been written up at all recently.
