You are sounding pretty jaded. Your core argument seems to be that if Phase 2 trials with our most advanced partner don't go ahead it won't be good for Starpharma - astounding insight. It's just as true, and just as useless to say, that if the drug gets to market it will be great for Starpharma.
Yes the company doesn't seem to have been well managed in the past but this is hardly the thread for that. And yes, there is no guarantee we will hit any more milestones (for payments) but it is objectively more probable after this announcement than before.
