Look I have a differing opinion, and if we are to assume that for example James is a smart man, then the smart decision is not to buy on market.

I'll throw it on you. You are sitting on 24M shares ADN. You have responsibily to ADN. You also have a responsibility towards yourself, your family and your retirement. You know that if you do your job well you will maximise ADN's potential, when you get to it Stage 1 Lilow you will earn $250K per year in dividends. YOu won't get those of course, as this will go towards Stage 2. EVentually you'll be lying on a beach earning half a mill in dividends yearly.

I plucked $250K out of somewhere bad, but it will do for a rough example

You also know that if nukes start flying around, or some other crisis ADN will not make it.

So what will you do? Pay off your home and diversify your assets? OR increase your holdings in ADN from 24M+ to 25M+ shares, and leave your mortage?

Now for some of the other directors that have zippo - time to show some conviction. If ADN is reading this - NOW is the time, before PERP, before we start! 1) YOu'll get a better price, and 2) It will show the confidence which will lift the Share Price which can only help our bank negotiations, and any possibly raise
