    Yeah , i just don't get it .
    I'd be SHOCKED if the report isn't pointing to a massive transformational resource after that comment from Peter and the expertise that has been brought in .
    People afraid of Cap Raise ?
    So what , even if there is a Institutional Cap Raise given at a discount IF this accelerates process IF the Big Picture is MAMOTH .
