Relax.
You are over thinking the importance of the CFO role. At the end of the day his role is mainly one of Administration. He may not have had enough experience to drive the funding that the coy will require to get into production. Currently ADN is still a very small company wih less than 40 employees I believe. That is not a high profile job.
