Its just my opinion ok
Its a pretty cheap way to reward holders for positive performance in the future.
Personally I think B is very confidant.

Do the math on the following:
1. How many shares does the company have?
2.Divide that by 3 (1 option for every 3 shares held)
3. If all share holders take up their 1 for 3 entitlement how many options will be issued.
4. If the share price exceeds the excise price of 10c and all options are converted to ordinary shares how much does the company raise?
