They have very carefully worded this and used a term “ potential cost reduction”.
If there will be a cost reduction or even a cost increase of a similar magnitude this can be a better result than other current solutions and if there are actual customers willing to use the product there is “potential market”, worded carefully.
It doesn’t show great economic benefits.
