re: Ann: Lady Annie Sale Progressing Toward C... The Rudd Super Profit tax may have reduced the rate of return on the potential investment in Lady Annie. It remains to be seen whether the buyer wants to renegotiate the price. Therein lies the risk - until the buyer's offer becomes unconditional and the money is in the bank it would not be advisable to count on the dividend being paid.
Personally I am hoping for the best............
