Another great post. Recently I have driven from the Sunshine Coast to Hervey bay a couple of times and have taken the detour to go to tin bay and other areas. We drove through a forest for a large portion of the journey, the size was unreal. I noticed that the forest was a sustainable forest. So took note to see what the go was. Some interesting facts around how big they are and how much co2 can be absorbed.
I also read that for every 3 or so trees planted that it takes around 25 years to absorb 1t of co2.
