If these revenues were bonafide, investors would have no issues investing at higher prices than currently. $30mill profit at PE of say 15 would give a $450mill marketcap. There's your 10-bagger right there. The problem is there are many unknowns and still significant risk. For one, if NWT were to own this 100% what would the dilution be? At current shareprice you'd be looking at a 10-times dilution of shareholdings. Or will money be borrowed. Under what terms? Who are these potential customers? Lots of promises but underlying history will still cause many investors to be very wary.
For the record, I think we will see NWT climb from here. The hype alone will push this higher over the next few months.
