Sun Tsu said the art of war was quickness - russia certainly failed there and Sun is hsaking his head at how anyone could use his name and not understand even the basics .

and there aren't any BIG implications if they do lose Bakhmut because the high ground of Chasiv Yar is fortified just outside .
