You obviously have not followed the LTR threads here on HC closely. If you had, the reasons why a $3.50 silly offer would also be rejected would be clear to you, as they are to most holders here. Ad as far as loyalty is concerned, even that has paramount importance with this stock as you would have noticed by now.
