I think you're being a little dramatic here. James' promises, exuberance and lack of transparency have been major concerns, but the ML, PEPR, IP and existing BOAs are all very real. There has also been acknowledgement along the way that management have been to blame hence Rhod et al have left, and now we have Bob taking charge. James is now where he belongs.

I think they've tried to do way too much too quickly, then COVID, global inflation etc etc have blown it wide open. This isn't a mowing run, it's a massive endeavour, and if it was all so easy we'd all be doing it. They've made mistakes, made changes, like every major successful company has. We finally have someone with serious operational experience. I'll give him 12 months to make his mark and review then.
