A deal would never have been negotiated at that sort of MC, the sophs would have wanted a massive discount in case the SP pulled back because it was overvalued.... which it was.
They know the SP would pull back at that MC, they would want to sell out for a profit, which would have been a lot of shares to offload, hence the large discount they would want. Also, you have to think at that stage how far ADN was away from production, there was still a lot of boxes to tick. Which has now been done (just waiting on finance now). The institutions/sophs don't want to be sat with a massive paper loss waiting.

Retail might have been dumb enough though.

Finance should not be an issue in whatever form it comes, well unless it's directed to just retail holders through a CR, then I would be off. That would suggest that if banks/investment funds don't want to provide debt, then that's a massive red flag.

A market cap off $115m this close to production is just silly.
