Because the Tarraji-Yampi project goes back to the acquisition of Iron Ringer Resources (Paul Chapman and David Chapman) by Tychean Resources (later renamed DRE). This included tenement E04/2315, which IronRinger had previously entered into a JV in 2014 with Whitewater. The consideration was ~$21k…10k cash and 10 in equity (1M shares at $0.01), Whitewater are not required to contribute expenditure until $20M and upon completion of feasibility study.
