Due to some glitch I can't seem to post a reply, so I'm trying the old format.

I showed your most recent comment on this thread to a friend who's a highly cited researcher and he said it sounded fair enough, particularly the bit about other treatments.
I disagreed. I immediately saw three major flaws in your argument, which IMO makes it dogma. I know you're quoting from an FDA document, but I don't buy this level of stupidity (or incompetence) on their part (because of how clever they've been in highlighting dogma these past couple of years) and in turn, I've had to confront my own dogma. I no longer believe the FDA is endemically corrupt but that doesn't mean I think approval of Ryoncil is a sure thing.
I've said in a previous post that I suspect a coup in the pharmaceutical industry. What's going on IMO is bigger than the FDA - literally a battle between good and evil - and therefore global.
I'll get back to you on this. In the meantime, I'd be grateful if you could "drill down on the key comparison to the Macmillan paper". If you've done so already, please provide the link to your analysis.
