    Anyone know what a "global tightening" means? Is that another term for supply shortage? Could be interpreted as a demand shortage to some so feels a bit vague.

    Also not sure what the extra "anticipated" in front of a project investment decision. I would have thought there will be a decision either way its a go or "no go"!!!

    Reading too much into the details??? Probably! biggrin.png

    At least its some news with a promise of some news!!!

    Gone are the days of 100+ likes for an announcement moments after it drops!
