Feel free to have a nice long debate about HRM. HC is the place to do it. But, tests are being done which will confirm or deny whether it's fit for purpose. Shorters will avoid CRM, as there is nothing to argue about. They do want to spread doubt and in the HRM validation space it is easy enough to do. They don't need to disprove - just cause doubt.
