Maybe a lot of questions still need to be answered before digging it up ie have any metallurgical tests been done on the ore ?

From memory there were traces of copper (possibly chalcopyrite) in historic samples which can cause preg robbing when processing , so in a toll processing scenario , if mixed with other ore can reduce overall recoveries , you would want to test the ore for deleterious elements before processing IMHO, batch processing would help to reduce that , but even so hard to get ore out of ball mill liners between batches , unless there are some mice around .
