After being reminded today (as per announcement) about dosing amounts it looks like the only dose that is twice weekly is the 1.5mg/kg.
Have I read this correctly? So does that mean all other dose sizes are once weekly and no trial of 2mg/kg
If I have read this correctly the only viable dose is the 1.5mg/kg twice weekly
Did we use this in the 008 study or 2mg/kg and if it was 2mg/kg used have we ever used 1.5 mg/kg anywhere else?
If the 1.5 mg/kg is underwhelming can we override the DMC decision and choose 2mg/kg (which our phase 2 was done with)?
