I thought that a very positive phrase as well Gvan.
Puts Talga in a strong negotiating position to either expand the debt and reduce the equity component, or to get better debt deals. Of course depending on any other strategic arrangements that maybe are about including offtakes or long term contracts, different geographic markets etc.
