It is hard to know, the details are not in, but they will obviously form part of the pool of the SPT company which today is $27 mil but falling rapidly. IMO that pool may be matched against the USD$50 / AUD$79 mil being contributed by Motive and USD$10mil / AUD$15 mil being lent through Convertible Notes by the 2 investors. Both contributors are being awarded substantial equity in their favour which will result in very significant dilution.
