page 19:
"Once all participants in thisstage have reached day 84, the independent data monitoring committee will review the data and recommend the optimal doseto progress through to stage 2 of PARA_OA_002 and for the subsequent confirmatory PARA_OA_003 clinical trial."
From what i gather, PAR have decided the dosage they will be putting to the "independent data monitoring committee" and are only making sure that there is nothing that comes out of the day 84 data that makes them change their mind.

So maybe by end of September they should have it in front of the IDMC to get a tick, and there will be a clear path to DMOAD to put before FDA and EMA.
