And with this announcement, they have now included scale back at their discretion. This is the reason for the "update". I expect that quite a few holders sold $30k worth of shares on the understanding there was no scale back. Now they are at risk of not being able to rebuy their full 30k in the spp and will be forced to buy back on market, likely at a higher price than they sold.
