Capex (the green bars) need to be taken out and replaced with capital & interest repayments. This will move the positive cashflow forward, just depends how much will be debt vs equity is. If we still to go with 45% then basically just half the green bar.
The above doesn't matter though at the min, the debt guys will only look at BoA's.
