Mimimum dilution Giovanni33 is something ARL has worked on so far since day one. Fact, management has done a fantastic job at keeping the register low is great for all holders, including their staff, as they have high stakes, proving their belief in ARL using their own money and not writing massive free bonuses to themselves to increase their stock holding.
There isn't much negative about how they are running this company, and how soon we may be rewarded has been worth the wait.
I think the whole Shire think the same way.
