The answer is to set up a Facebook group. They can have admins, moderators and members. The group can be marked private. All applicants are held for approval. Can upload videos, related files anything really without moderation.
There are many private closed FB groups designed for this very same purpose.
To remain annon do not name the group anything like ADN as searches find that quickly discoverable.
That is the easiest way to go about what you want to do here.
The alternative is a privately owned website with dedicated software. Thats where I fit in. Its accessed thru TOR so not for the faint hearted. That way no one can hack their way in. One fine level of security too. Invites only.
