No they don't. They own much more of Kingsgate that can be justified by the ETF, look at the percentages in the ETF and the number of shares that they own. Wouldn't you want to retain ownership in KCN at this stage? All the sale of these shares requires is a change of equitable ownership in entities that already have commercial relationships.
