Surely the IP is worth 25 cents a share. I have been waiting for a takeover or sale since its was 40 cents. If not the US then a Chinese firm. Management may need a special resolution to actively seek buyers. The IP is worth something. This has been a salient lesson of its no use taking on the big guys in new tech as not only is there competition issues but big tech comes with reputation and longevity in terms of customer assurances.
