The second part of my post was a direct quote from Qld Transport and Mainroads web site for sustainable concrete. The TMR specs allow use of this percentage of fly ash as a substitute to cement. Performance is assured and tested to allow in standard specifications. I think ADNs product would have a specific use and it might allow further sustainability benefits through the use of less cement and water for greater strength however needs to be in specifications for specific concrete mix to be accepted.
not sure where it is at yet getting into transport specs although I don't see digging virgin material out of the ground to put in concrete to be as sustainable or encouraged as recycling like the use of fly ash in current mixes.
