Yes, over the years we have been told megabit chip = acquisition. Messaging from DM is not clear on whether 4DS Memory is acquisition ready. 4DS Memory have the data that can be presented to the Industry, it may be that they will be going through imec to do just that or their will be further development work with one of imec’s core partners.
Clearly strategy has changed or is about to be changed post imec meeting.
