if PC has anything up his sleeve now looks like the time to play it. Imagine if he was true to his word and bunyu finance was announced in September with the timing of the graphite re rate. He knew this was coming. And to compound uncertainty with a CR. Talk about not being able to run a bath! It should be like giving away water in the desert. couldn’t have stuffed it any worse.
