We have not been able to negotiate anything better than 30% upfront, monthly payments and final payment before shipping.

Possibly because we operate in a specialised field and what we ordered would not be sellable to anyone else.

Going back to the complexity of what ADN is trying to achieve.
I have designed, built and commissioned a processing plant where from very consistent feed over a few steps we get to 1 micron particle size control in 15-20 micron range. For a processing rate of 8tkpa just the instrumentation required was over $1 million.

ADN is going to process ROM material (inconsistent, with large changes in the feed particle size distribution) and control the finished product in 2 micron range at 100ktpa feed rate for stage one.

I would say that the instrumentation alone is going to be in millions, never mind the controls systems.
