sadly imo Avz response imo was totally vague and meaningless and attempt to cover their gross non disclosure of previous material issues relating to Dathomir settlement

end of the day- Avz did not disclose the Dathomir dispute immediately settlement fell over- the tribunal and court rulings , criminal charges damages claims, awards, appeals and actions



this dispute started and was ongoing way way way before the general finance inspector was appointed and did their report, well before the supposed hack or before they entered into discussions with dathcom shareholders past and present , stakeholders etc or before government ministers were appointed to investigate drc mining assets and the inspector of finance report

before any of these investigations reports hacks etc Avz should have informed the market about the sudden Dathomir dispute , and I’d argue it misled investors and those it raise mega millions from by not disclosing a dispute surrounding no settlement with Dathomir, tribunal crazy charges and awards which affected its 75 percent claimed ownership, which then tainted its claimed future shareholding post the catl deal

all the things they vaguely express as reasons for non compliance and thier ultimate asx suspension occurred way way after the Dathomir dispute broke out , as can be seen today it ( Avz) was frantic taking multiple , the ceo of dathcom had been charged with forgery and the company was appealing this insane situation
