except they directly stated publicly in one of their informercial "interviews" that there will be no more capital raises.

"standard practice" be damned, if they state something publicly they have to stick to it, or officially retract that statement as false.

there is absolutely no reason whatsoever why we should provide them a capital raising facility where they have stated they wont be doing one.

if they have an ulterior motive for this facility they need to state it, and the explanatory statement is false, either way, whichever way you look at it, its contradictory at best, misleading to outright dishonest at worst.

anything short of a reasonable and direct answer here should trigger a no vote.
