Having attended the AGM and reading between the lines.

Ibero BOA signed before Christmas.
Environmental bond to be paid sooner rather than later. Construction begins.
Feb/March deal wrapped up with Traxys which includes finance.
India deal etc converted to BOA.
Announcement of 100ktpa plant - with BOAs and LOIs probably in excess of plant capacity.

Then an underwritten(?) rights issue to s/holders. By now the SP should be north of 5 cents.

Meanwhile...the world class Great White and Chairlift deposits sit there like ripe cherries waiting to be picked off by Iluka or Emerys.
