Some fellow investors and an avid spectators are starting to ask the same questions...
Seems to be plethora of articles countering 'analysts' claim of EV demand softening.
*Why?
Frenzy of M&A activity, MIN get A40, now going after DLI, Gina squaring up, AZS attracting interest akin to vultures overhead a carcass, PLS ramping up, Chile saying projects are needed beyond ALB and SQM. AKE merging full steam ahead with SDV and developing James Bay, so much interest in PMT...'Demand is waning, supply will outstrip it'
*How can sector activity correspond to analyst forecasts, info seems polarised?
Every project has 30%ish cost blowouts, delays in obtaining funding etc resulting in delays.
* Will these earmarked projects actually make it in time to come on line and play their part in supply?
CXO, SYA, maybe LTR will feel the sting of low prices.
*Wait...is there a boa constricting short squeeze coming on, some of these mobs are placed impeccably. Surely it'll be a vicious spring, worse than last time?
