Agree with you to a degree - however with the market being forward looking perhaps the SP might move sooner.
The chain of events needed have been well laid out. BOAs (Ibero's - 20ktpa before Xmas?), perhaps another LOI from left-field, perhaps a plant upgrade to 100ktpa if BK feels we're more or less certain to have 70ktpa locked away, perhaps another Traxys announcement before the formal financing agreement (due Jan - March).
As the market feels confident that the Traxys funding is a sure thing the SS Andromeda will stop bumping along the bottom at 2 cents and begin it's 100 year voyage in the sun.
