    If you think about it, IGO is actively searching
    for green fields investments. That take years and
    Capital to develop while PAN is surrounded by its
    Tenements. So at PAN situation now, it's a bargain.
    Put it on C&M for a couple of years til Nickel recovers then restart it. Look at MBNsold for a mere 100M and resold at 5 times of that.
    Hopefully the Administrators will get a good buyer for PAN.
