That's no surprise @col69. The resubmission or whatever it's called has been rescheduled for lodgement about 4 times now which seems to be the modus operandi down at Abbotsford.
It beggars belief that it's taken 5 years to put this together. Considering this timeframe it would be reasonable to assume that it's been sitting in the bottom drawer for a large portion of that time.
I'm hoping our new CEO is not cast in the same mould.
