What's more important IMO is what shares she holds .... if she starts with none ... well you work out where my thinking is here?
At the AGM we were told that JF would not allow the directors to purchase shares on market. If Cheryl is now aware of that same price sensitive information (and she should be!) then I would think that she herself cannot buy any on market.
But was she allowed and did she buy any shares before joining the company?
