Pure Speculation.
Could this be insider buying? It's been a while since any Director or executive member purchased shares. Our new CFO has been in the role for enough time to work out if this is a good thing or not. Maybe he is buying?
Anyway if it is we should soon find out. I'll be tickled pink if confirmed.
