no-one with a brain believes it.u can add 18 months to the day u get finance.Thats when you’ll be close to production.assuming everything else u have to do all goes to plan.
dont forget skardon river eventually got finance and built a plant but they couldn’t make the required specifications so it went broke.
finance is only the first hurdle.
