If it takes 3 months to get funding there will be no CY 24 production IMO.
3 weeks and we may have a chance.
Given it was only a matter of time for this BOA to be agreed (for those in the know) there would have been negotiations in parallel with Traxys and this BOA would have been a CP.
Anything more than a month and it’s not looking good. That being said I think there is a 50/50 chance we can still pull it off.
