According to this announcement it is "the" top seller in Australia- Holly crap shareholders will all be rich!!! I would like to see how they measured that? Perhaps a statistics expert broke down a subset of a subset of a subset?.

So they kept it ongoing incase a precedent was formed by another drug/ company that they could piggyback on rather than coming clean ages ago?
So what is a suitable trial worth and with a " market leader top seller" why would you not expend the cash? What could be abetter investment? What hurdle could FDA set that would complicate a trial so much?
Two positives - does this mean the end of JF consultancy? No more outflow of $ on consultants and FDA ?
