A $3.5B MC for a biotech start-up stock which isn't even toward the end of Ph2 was very overbought despite the potential market then there were no significant clinical update for over 18 months meant the pps got slowly sold down and once the pps dropped below 10c with a very poorly thought CR, the other RI who bought at the high end sold so they can get the full benefit of the SPP. LT are investing for a T/O from BP, that's when we will win big.
