These type of investors are called pumpers.
They heavily advertise their position using the small credibility they have obtained for quick easy bucks. See them everywhere. It's hard being a genuine trader, but once they have a small amount of following and repute, the easiest way to make money is to become a pumper. Buy into a stock, pump the story to your brain dead possy while selling it to them to hold the bags.
