Just to make it clear.
Equity and CR are about the same thing.
ADN can conduct aCR for up to 15% of current MC, somewhere around 750 million shares without shareholder approval.
Usually CR is done way below current share price.
Sometimes equity or cornerstone investor will buy newly issued shares ata premium to current share price, 20-25% premium happens.
Result is the same.
Dilution.
